La storia familiare nel mondo della panificazione e poi della pasticceria inizia nel 2005 sotto la guida della famiglia Ausilio. Nel 2023 subentra la nuova generazione guidata da Michele ed Enrico Ausilio e trasformata ne La Biscotteria.
Un progetto aziendale ben preciso volto a sviluppare nel tempo una delle prime aziende artigianali nel campo della pasticceria e biscotteria, mantenendo le preziose ricette e lavorazioni della tradizione familiare ma con l’obbiettivo di far crescere sempre di più l’azienda rivolgendosi anche a nuovi mercati nazionali e esteri.
Artigianalità è la parola d’ordine de La Biscotteria! Tutti i prodotti sono realizzati a mano nei nostri laboratori. Gli ingredienti, tutti made in Italy e – ove possibile – locali, vengono selezionati minuziosamente per garantire la massima qualità.
The company story in the world of baking and then pastry-making began in 2005 under the guidance of the Ausilio family. In 2023, the new generation led by Michele and Enrico Ausilio took over and turned it in La Biscotteria. It is a precise business project aimed at developing one of the first artisan companies in the field of pastry and biscuits over time.
We want to maintain the precious recipes and processes of the family tradition yet with the aim of making the company grow more and more by also addressing new domestic and foreign markets.
Craftsmanship is the key word at La Biscotteria! All products are handmade in our workshops. The ingredients, all made in Italy and – where possible – local, are meticulously selected to guarantee the highest quality.
Im Jahr 2005 begann die Geschichte des Unternehmens in der Welt der Bäckerei und später der Konditorei unter der Leitung der Familie Ausilio.
2023 übernahm die neue Generation von Michele und Enrico Ausilio die Firma und baute La Biscotteria. Es handelt sich um ein präzises Unternehmensprojekt, das darauf abzielt, eines der ersten handwerklichen Unternehmen im Bereich Gebäck und Kekse im Laufe der Zeit zu entwickeln. Wir wollen die wertvollen Rezepte und die Handwerkskunst der Familientradition beibehalten, aber mit dem Ziel, das Unternehmen mehr und mehr wachsen zu lassen, indem wir auch neue in- und ausländische Märkte ansprechen
Handwerkskunst wird bei La Biscotteria groß geschrieben! Alle Produkte werden in unseren Werkstätten von Hand hergestellt. Die Zutaten, alle aus Italien und – wo möglich – aus der Nähe, werden sorgfältig ausgewählt, um die höchste Qualität zu garantieren.

La Biscotteria ha sede nel cuore pulsante del Casentino nel comune di Pratovecchio Stia in
Provincia di Arezzo dove nasce il famoso fiume Arno.
Siamo nel comune sede del Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi: una valle piena di bellezze
naturalistiche e di tradizioni culturali e gastronomiche.
Da mani sapienti e da un mix di ricette familiari che si tramandano di generazione e uno studio
continuo di nuovi gusti e ricette nascono i prodotti che avete il piacere di vedere in questo catalogo
e magari di assaggiare di persona!

La Biscotteria is located in the heart of Casentino in the town of Pratovecchio Stia (in the province
of Arezzo, Tuscany) where the famous Arno river has its source.
We are in the home to the National Park of the Casentino Forests: a valley full of natural beauty,
cultural and gastronomic traditions.
Expert hands and a mix of family recipes handed down from generation to generation and a
continuous study on new tastes give birth to the products you have the pleasure to see in this

La Biscotteria befindet sich im Herzen des Casentino in der Gemeinde Pratovecchio Stia (Arezzo,
Toskana) wo der berühmte Fluss Arno entspringt.
Wir befinden uns im Zentrum des Nationalparks des Casentino-Waldes: ein Tal voller Naturschönheiten,
kultureller und gastronomischer Traditionen.
